It was hard to decide which pictures to blog because there were so many good ones from this shoot. Molly wants to become a professional model and it seems clear that she is pursuing the right career. I barely had to direct which made my job easy.

Chelsea

I photographed Chelsea when she was a junior last year and it was a joy to do a second shoot with her as a senior. I wanted to do something a little different. I set up the lighting similarly to an advertising job I did earlier this year. We were excited to photograph Garrett because he is the brother of one of my brides from last year, Cassie. He is one of our Senior Reps. from Salinas High School and is active with surfing and water polo. Rockin' Senior Rep Kickoff Party Last Night

Well I think anyone who attended our Senior Rep. Kickoff Party last night could say it was a good time for all and a great success. We ate some sushi, played some Wii, watched everyone's Photo Slideshow on the big projection wall and got crazy for the Photobooth. Garrett Long took home the prize for winning the Wii Tennis Tournament (an ipod Shuffle). Have a look at some of the best Photobooth shots from the night and thanks to all who attended.

Senior Get Together @ SCP - This Thursday 4/23

Thursday night 7 pm - 9 pm we are hosting a Senior Rep. (& friends) Kick Off Party. So if you are one of our Senior Reps, if you know a Senior Rep, if you want to get more information about Senior Reps, then stop by 225 Cannery Row, Suite K. We will have gift bags for all our Reps, sushi, a little Wii Tournament, and now even a Photo-Booth! If you don't know what a Photo-Booth is, well it's pretty cool. You go into the 'booth' snap some silly, crazy, or funny pictures of yourself, or small groups and we'll print them, or email them, for you later. The night should provide you with some good information about the Senior Rep Program and be a few laughs, so stop on by.

I talked a little bit about the business of photography, different types of photography to study, my style of photographing high school seniors and then we had some fun shooting everyone that was brave enough to stand in front of the camera. 1. Our Senior Rep Program is well under way and in case you don't know about it we are right now in search of 2 Juniors from each high school in the area, to get the word out on Scott Campbell Photography and how amazing your senior photos can be. In exchange for helping spread the word, you can get a free photo session, free prints, cool free stuff, fame, fortune (ok maybe not the last two), but we definately hook you up for simply getting your fellow classmates to come to us. Check out the Senior Rep Info link to the right.
2. Our new Facebook Business Page is up and running and we're trying hard to get more stuff up there all the time. Cool shots from Seniors shoots, some of our commercial work will go up there, etc. So check it out and become one of our fans to stay in touch with all things SCP.
